JOB DESCRIPTION
Acts as Section Chief, reviews and recommends applications of Social Welfare and Development Agencies (SWDAs) and/or Service Providers (SPs) on Registration, Licensing and Accreditation (RLA). Provide technical assistance to Standards Bureau’s counterparts, SWDAs, and SPs; and does other related work.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Serves as Section Chief:
- Oversees the operation of the Sections and provides supervision to members;
- Provides inputs and guidance on outputs submitted by the members;
- Monitors the progress and ensures delivery of targets of the Section
2. Monitors and provides technical assistance to FOs and SWDAs in compliance to set standards along regulatory services;
3. Provides data or relevant information in relation to cases of complaints against SWDAs and service providers per existing guidelines;
4. Identifies gaps in the implementation of policies, rules, regulations on SBs regulatory services;
5. Recommends and provides inputs in the drafting of policies/guidelines/tools along regulatory services;
6. Acts as resource person on topics and issues affecting the regulatory services;
7. Prepares technical reports, work and financial plan, activity/project proposal and other budgetary concerns;
8. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned.

3. Certificate of Registration/Licensing/Accreditation/Authority to conduct National Fund Raising Campaign.
