7.Willing to work long hours, even on weekends and holidays especially during disaster response operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision, performs semi-skilled work in the National Resource and Logistics Management Bureau (NRLMB) and does other related work.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.      In charge of managing inventory in the assigned warehouse but not limited to receipt of goods upon delivery;

2.      Conducts regular inspection of warehouse and initiates needed upkeep and maintenance;

3.      Ensures standard operating procedures are being implemented;

4.      Monitors inventory, prepares reports, and acts on inventory items nearing end date of warranty period/product expiration;

5.      Conducts perpetual inventory count and reconciles balances;

6.      Assists in the repacking and pre-work activities of relief goods for stockpile and augmentation;

7.      Maintains updated records of inventory including the reports on defective, damaged, or missing goods;

8.      Files records that support daily transactions at the assigned warehouse; and

9.      Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Inventory report Warehouseman Daily Report Storage Layout/Plan Incident Report (inside the respective warehouses) Updated Bin Cards and Locator Boards Other Administrative Report.

9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and 

10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable (For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required).
