JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate with the Local Government Units (LGUs) about the document checklists needed in accomplishing the application of different permits Request with the other departments (Project Development, Turnover Group, Design & Engineering, and Construction) the needed requirements needed from their end; follow up if necessary Secure the required permits from different LGUs Coordinate the issues with the submitted documents found by the evaluator to the departments concerned Conduct site inspection alongside the LGU representative as part of the application process Create and regularly update all essential records of the permits application of different projects.QUALIFICATIONS
Any 4 year course 1 year or more experience as Permits Assistant, or Legal Assistant and experienced employees specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent. Ability to work well and interact with others positively. Ability to write clearly, concisely, organized, and convincingly for the intended audience. Ability to efficiently manage workload, schedule, and resources to achieve goals effectively.
