About this role
This award-winning practice, working across multiple sectors, including education, commercial and hospitality is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support two directors in day-to-day activities. Working alongside the internal admin team, the right candidate will be proactive and organised, anticipating needs to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Involved in many facets of the business, this role requires excellent communication and relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities Organisation and booking of external/internal meetings, both in person and digital Fielding of general enquiries through efficient email and phone management Management of sensitive documents through appropriate filing systems Ad hoc administration duties including travel coordination, sensitive errands and tasks Maintain client relationships
Skills and Experience Relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally C Suite An interest or experience in architecture and design Highly organised with great attention to detail Pro-active by nature and display a high level of initiative Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop good working relationships with people at all levels of the business Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
