The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels (owner and operator of The Peninsula Hotels, The Repulse Bay and many high-profile assets globally) is currently seeking a high calibre professional to join as a Personal Assistant.
The role acts as a trusted partner in the Executive office to facilitate effective communication and manage various projects and tasks. It proactively anticipates and meets the needs of the Chief Corporate and Governance Officer, offering thorough support that enables them to concentrate on strategic initiatives and governance responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Maintain a keen awareness of the latest developments within the group business, proactively engage in projects, and drive them forward to ensure continuous progress. Manage correspondences and documents for the Chief Corporate and Governance Officer, review meeting papers to highlight key issues, conduct research, and gather and analyse information as required. Act as the main liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of the Chief Corporate and Governance Officer, coordinating meeting and event logistics, and engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including the board of directors, senior management, governmental authorities, and private entities. Support the Chief Corporate and Governance Officer in developing strategic plans, creating presentation materials, and compiling business reports. Exhibit excellent organisational skills to manage the Chief Corporate and Governance Officer's daily schedule and resolve any diary conflicts. Maintain regular communication with the Chief Corporate and Governance Officer to stay informed about shifting priorities and commitments.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field preferred. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
