As the Personal Assistant and Community Relations Executive, you will support the Head of Corporate Communications, Regional Lead, EMEA and APAC, and manage our day to day community relations activities for the EMEA region.
How you'll spend your time...
This position combines high-level administrative support with an important role in the administration, organisation and delivery of our community programme in EMEA. This is a unique opportunity to combine executive-level support with values-driven community engagement.
Provide comprehensive personal assistant support to the Head of Corporate Communications, Regional Lead – EMEA & APAC, including diary management, travel arrangements, and expense management.
Deliver additional administrative support to the Head of External Communications, EMEA and APAC.
Manage general team administration and business operations, including organizing team meetings and agendas, coordinating finance and budget planning, managing processes and handling invoices and procurement needs.
Support the broader communications team as necessary, including on organising events and managing sign off processes.
Oversee administration for community relations activities and the Columbia Threadneedle Foundation, including governance for meetings (agenda preparation, minute-taking), audit support, and managing sign-off processes for MOUs with charity partners. Responsible for charity payments, bank account management, and on desk account reconciliations.
Act as the coordinator for volunteering events across EMEA, collaborating with internal teams to deliver meaningful opportunities for over 250 employees.
Lead community relations initiatives within our EMEA offices, such as annual giving campaigns, day of service, and other engagement activities.
