To support the Estate Agency Director and her branches to ensure a smooth running of all administrative and HR functions within the division whilst delivering exceptional customer service at all times upholding the company’s brand values and core beliefs at all times.
Your Responsibilities
Issuing of weekly and monthly KPI statistics to branchesCollating all new starter documentation Organising IT/ phone equipment and company cars for new startersCompleting SRB paperwork and processing contractual changes for MD sign offProcessing leaver documentation and ensuring company cars and equipment is returnedManaging the Director’s diary and emails and assisting with her 1:1/ expenses as requestedResponding to general staff and new starter queriesMonitoring complaints and ensuring they are dealt with within the allocated timeframesOrganising accommodation/ travel when required for the Director and his staffResponsible for ordering of prizes/ incentivesCollating receipts and invoices to complete credit card statement documentation for financeOrganising and supporting meetings/ award ceremoniesLiaising with HR/ Payroll/ Training/ Car Fleet on any queries and adhering to Payroll deadlinesAuthorisation of Branch Manager absences on Carval on behalf of the DirectorRecording all staff working bank holidays and submitting to HRCollating monthly EA referrals from all branches and submitting to PayrollChecking of monthly Raving Fan paymentsCollating all divisional staff expenses for Director authorisation and submitting to expenses.Supporting with Area and Director social media Gain Director authorisation for invoices and car parking permits and send to accountsAudits on BM checklists/ PCA’s/ Right Move/ Flink/ Observations/ 1:1’sYour Personality
