Job description & summaryPersonal assistance to our partner Marek Novotny
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, taking notes, and drafting correspondence
Travel arrangements: planning flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, filing business and travel expenses
Finance assistance to Operations - invoicing and vendor management and purchase orders
Onboarding new joiners (communication, access to MS Teams, access to SharePoint), and offboarding emails including communication with our contractors
Cooperation with UX designers on AppDev branding and marketing activities
Care Program Process - managing regular feedback processes on vendors
Event coordination: Organising conferences and team events
Cooperation with Operations team on hiring process
Providing other administrative support such as taking meeting notes etc.
Requirements of the rolePrior experience in a personal assistant, executive secretary role
Communication and Interpersonal skills
Time management, strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to think proactively and show initiative
Highly familiar with software suites, such as Microsoft Office and ideally G Suite
Finance background will be advantageous
Fluent Czech and English
