What you do
We are seeking a motivated and organized professional to support our dynamic Strategy, Innovation, and Customer Experience team. As Personal Assistant, you will assist with managing the agenda, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department. Your responsibilities will include to:
Assist with managing and organizing the team's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments. Support the coordination of meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Help prepare and distribute materials for meetings, such as agendas, minutes, and presentations. Handle administrative tasks, including document management, filing, and expense reporting. Support the team in organizing events, workshops, and innovation sessions. Aid in internal communication within the team and across departments. Monitor incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and assist with managing responses. Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the team.What you bring
Degree in Business administration, management, or a related field Fluent in English and Spanish. Knowledge of French and German or additional languages would be a plus An accurate and reliable way of working A quick perception and can-do attitude An open mind towards constant learning Orientation towards customer excellence Strong organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Office 365 A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Displays a positive can-do attitude and problem-solving approach.
