Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing a seamless end to end customer experience by advising on appropriate products and servicesBeing the brand ambassador for HSBC in our branch and liaising directly with customersIntroducing, promoting and assisting customers with digital banking solutionsContributing to fulfil customer’s needs by providing personal banking products and services with a customer centric approachManaging customer feedback and enquiriesParticipating in ongoing training and development plans
