Main Responsibilities 

To support the line manager in monitoring on market, category and brand performance to get what is behind the metrics and what business partners should do 

To support the line manager primarily brand deployment post evaluation and collaborate with BG CMI in brand development mix evaluation through consumer research and understanding 

To support the line manager in partnering primarily Marketing team in day-to-day basis, and BU Leadership team (cross function) on a larger scale 

To support the line manager in bridging connection, collaboration and drive one CMI point of view between Business Group and Business Unit   

Scope: SCL and Baby Care Indonesia; Brands: Lifebuoy, Lux, Dove, GAL, Citra, Zwitsal 

 

Candidate Criteria 

Experience & Qualification 

Graduated from reputable university (local or overseas) 

At least 2-3 years in brand development and/or brand deployment role in CMI (preferably) or Marketing side in FMCG/Digital/Ecommerce business, or in reputable research agencies 

Solid experience in leading consumer research projects (exploratory studies, concept, product, pack, communication, post launch evaluation) 

Solid experience in leading and analyzing brand measurement studies 

Experience in working with global team is a plus 

 

Skill 

Strong in capturing and representing consumer voice 

Strong in analytical thinking, creative mindset, and storytelling 

Highly flexible, easy to adapt 

Not so `boring` person – having hidden talent or unique interest is a plus 

Fluent in spoken and written English 

Strong in presentation and communication skills 

Strong in qualitative and quantitative studies 

Familiar with main agencies tools (ie from Nielsen and Kantar) and research methods 

Familiar with AI based tools and Power BI is a must

Additional Information 

The role will be based in Grha Unilever Indonesia and will be partnering two categories: SCL and Baby Care
