Main Responsibilities
Implementation of R&D policy within the PC ID R&D team such as Product Safety policy, LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), andy any new regulation or policy, she needs to be on top and ensured the whole team is fully updated and trained where required, including any new regulation in relation to raw material positive list.
BIC Budget Monitoring within PC ID R&D related to capex for any new equipments and any other spending that we need to make related to laboratory operation and Innovation/5S projects
Capability building of the R&D team - any training available and ensuring all the teams have completed all the training required in order to fulfill licence to operate within R&D
Provide Support to PC Indonesia Head of R&D during VIP visit, Stakeholders’ presentation, business trips and calendar management
Ensuring the regular team connect is happening with the relevant agenda.
needs to be on top of all the local and global regulation/policy within R&D and support her line manager to ensure this information is fully cascaded to the whole PC ID R&D team.
Support the whole team in monitoring the 5S and sustainability agenda delivery including innovation delivery monitoring (Innoflex)
support all the R&D managers in PC ID - act as the first point of contact for any new system/policy/regulation that R&D needs to do
Look after all the administrative work for R&D including payment for vendors, Purchase requisition, Claims etc.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry
working experience in FMCG company for at least 1 year would be an advantage
Skill
