Personal Care Supervisor

This position will ensure we are delivering the quality and level of care that the client requires. The employee successful in this position will have outstanding communication skills, will display exceptional client service, and will be able to be organized and complete assigned tasks on time.

Personal Care Supervisor Duties, Skills, Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to ensure they are receiving the services and care they require and are healthy and safe in the home.Communicate effectively with caregivers to ensure they provide outstanding client service and exemplary care to clientsEnsure agency follows all state regulations and maintains excellent recordsMaintain detailed records to meet regulatory and client service needs.Computer usage, entering and retrieving information, and MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel.Permanent full time position with benefits including health insurance, Paid Time Off, and paid holidays.Competitive wage dependent on experience and qualifications
