Job Summary:  

The Personal Equipment Service Technician Supervisor is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, , you will provide our guests with equipment services, and information for the ultimate outdoor experience. Acts as store department lead and helps ensure the department had appropriate inventory levels. 

 

Job Specifications:  

Outlet: Breckenridge Tuning Center

Expected Pay Range: $23.00 - $24.26 / hour 

Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time

Skill Level: Advanced

 

Job Responsibilities: 

Responsible for training, scheduling, evaluating, communicating and coaching of staff members and assigning work to meet business needs and overall morale goals for the team

Serve as a resource and knowledge base for new and existing employees

Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition. 

Perform both tuning and repair services for guests. 

Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards. 

Manage sales floor team and rental process 

Act as a mentor who can train and lead a sales team with effective communication 

May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments. 

Other duties as assigned. 

 

Job Requirements:  

1+ years of experience. 

Display mechanical aptitude to be able to perform ski and snowboard tunes, maintenance or repairs.

Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays, and weekends. 

Commitment to exceptional Customer Service.                                           

Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.                                                                 

Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English. 

 

The expected pay range is $23.00 - $24.26. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
