OneRyan Global is seeking a Personal Executive Assistant.

The Personal Executive Assistant provides daily administrative and organizational support to the leaders of OneRyan, Family Offices of Amanda and Brint Ryan. The Personal Executive Assistant performs office duties, vendor and project management, event planning and activities necessary to support OneRyan.

The ideal candidate is a skilled multi-tasker, highly organized with strong calendar management skills and a professional and trustworthy demeanor. Experience with real estate property management and bookkeeping is a plus.

This position is in Dallas, Texas, and is a full-time, in-office position.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

People: 

Direct report to Amanda and Brint Ryan and the OneRyan Controller for day to day direction and executing job duties and responsibilities 

Strives to create a positive work experience with Amanda and Brint Ryan, the OneRyan Controller and the Ryan household

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with household employees, vendors, OneRyan leaders and contacts of Amanda and Brint Ryan 

Vendors:

Manage vendor relationships and contractual agreements

Interface with vendors to convey direction on household projects, budgets, schedules, and requirements

Oversee vendor performance for optimal outcomes on household projects  

Value: 

Applies advanced scheduling and calendar management skills

Professionally manages correspondence, both in-person and when answering phone calls and emails

Proficient in office technology related to scheduling, bookkeeping and communication

Demonstrates proven multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage a wide variety of projects and keep progress moving

Possesses strong organizational skills

Adaptable to new instructions and daily time management

Experienced in all aspects of event planning

Ability to manage and interface with household vendors

Skilled in identifying and resolving problems without prompting

Knowledgeable in making travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground support 

Efficient in performing errands and other duties as requested

Able to manage projects with minimum oversight and direction 

Environment:

Standard indoor working environment

Interaction with other household employees, OneRyan Controller and vendors, both in person and via e-mail and telephone

Some travel is required (Up to 20%) 

 

 Education and Experience: 

College Degree Desired

Minimum of ten years in related experience required 

 

 

Computer Skills: 

Proficient in office applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and internet navigation and research

Experience using budget management applications a plus (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc) 

 

 

Certificates and Licenses:  

Valid driver’s license required
