The downtown, Wall Street, office of a Personal Injury Law Firm is looking for an attorney with at least 3 years of plaintiff-side experience. The attorney in this role will lead matter teams on some complex and innovative cases.

Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

Act as Lead Attorney or directly assist Lead Attorney on matters/casesPoint of contact who communicates directly with clientsHandle and attend depositions, hearings, conferences, appearances, mediations, trial preparationDraft and file complaints, pleadings, motions, discovery

Requirements/Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney with plaintiff-side experienceMust be admitted and in good standing in NY StateTrial experience, a plus, but not requiredMust be in office 5 days a week. No hybrid or remote scheduleStrong client service skillsAbility to handle complex cases, be proactive and have excellent time management skills Growth mindset
