Description A leading Personal Injury firm in Seattle is looking to add an Attorney to their practice. Candidates with previous Plaintiff Personal Injury experience are encouraged to apply. This role offers high earning potential and a wonderful team that is fully built to help run cases. Candidates can sit in either Seattle or Tacoma as the firm offers office space in both locations. Fluency in Spanish is preferred! Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive legal research to reinforce case strategies and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents • Carry out initial client consultations to determine the feasibility of personal injury cases • Provide proficient legal representation in personal injury cases, including handling negotiations and litigation • Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and other team members to guarantee effective case management • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents • Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing them with updates on case progress and addressing their concerns • Evaluate case facts, evidence, and potential legal strategies • Educate clients on legal processes and potential outcomes • Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
