Your Impactful Role
The PI Marketing Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key referral sources such as personal injury law firms, chiropractors, and strategic partners.
Collaborates and communicates with the Personal Injury Scheduling Department as well as PI AAs to provide solutions and needed feedback to assigned referral sources.Assists in the coordination and execution of marketing activities aimed at nurturing and expanding referral networks.Collaborates with the Marketing Manager and Executive Director of Administration to ensure alignment with marketing and organizational goals.Performs administrative/clerical duties.Oversees the daily/monthly data records for all PI marketing cases and works in conjunction with the PI Case Specialist to ensure all PI-related data/reports are accurate. Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, lunches, dinners, event planning, marketing supplies, travel accommodations, and department activities. Assists in the coordination and management of the daily schedule of the Marketing Mgr. and Executive Director. Maintains an accurate record of referral interactions and activities in the CRM system to track growth and engagement. Preplans work week using Shared PI Marketing Calendar. Assists Marketing Manager in organizing events, meetings, and presentations with referral partners.Gathers feedback and insights from referral sources to identify potential opportunities for improvement and growth and reports the feedback to the Marketing Manager weekly.Seeks new business development opportunities by engaging with potential prospects at PI industry events, conferences, and more.Assists when needed with off-site and virtual conferences.Assists with internal training and campaigns (Diversity, Equity Inclusion, and Belonging; and AIDET Customer Service).Works a flexible schedule. Responsible for meeting sales goals.Resolves issues with clients. Creates marketing materials.Always maintains a professional appearance.Works a flexible schedule. Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in building rapport.Basic understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Willingness to travel locally for client visits and events as assigned.Physical Demands and Work Conditions: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
