Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney (Phoenix)
Description We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff's Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney that is licensed in both Arizona and California to join our law firm client's team located in Phoenix, Arizona near the Biltmore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing personal injury pre-litigation cases from intake through settlement, overseeing legal documents, and handling case settlement negotiations. This role pays a base salary of $100-160K depending on experience plus a monthly percentage bonus based on settled files. This is a mainly in-office role with some flexibility for hybrid work. Responsibilities • Manage personal injury pre-litigation cases with accuracy and professionalism • Use case management software to monitor ongoing cases • Employ Adobe Acrobat and 3M for document management and briefing purposes • Effectively manage and resolve client complaints • Administer claims associated with consumer electronics • Undertake conveyancer tasks as needed • Ensure efficient management of civil litigation processes • Keep a detailed record of all legal proceedings and actions taken • Perform plaintiff litigation tasks as needed • Oversee personal injury plaintiff cases, ensuring the clients' best interests are served. Requirements • Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. • Admittance to the State Bar of Arizona and preferably also the State Bar of California. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation. • Demonstrable experience with 3M, Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, and Document Management. • Proven expertise in briefing, civil litigation, claim administration, and complaint handling. • Proficiency in handling personal injury plaintiffs. • Experience with litigation in the plaintiff's context. • Familiarity with consumer electronics is advantageous. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical ability and legal research skills. • Must uphold the highest ethical standards and professionalism.
