In this role, you will be managing a book of personal lines insurance business focused on mid-market accounts. This includes preparing annual review reports and conducting client meetings to review the insurance program and making appropriate recommendations for improvements. You’ll work closely with a sales producer and other team members on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewals while adhering to HUB’s best practices and standard procedures. Acting as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers, you will be responsible for resolving any service issues, as well negotiating with underwriters and troubleshooting claims and billing issues. A thorough understanding of clients’ insurance objectives and critical analysis are required to compare insurance plans for suitability. You will also help develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads and explore cross-selling opportunities when appropriate. **You’re Great At** Ability to skillfully apply your 3+ years of experience and proficiency in personal lines account management to ensure superior customer service. Experience working with farm & ranch and high net worth accounts is helpful. Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems (Epic preferred).
