As the Personal Lines Division Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading, mentoring, and supporting our Personal Lines team while directly managing a small book of business. Your job responsibilities as the Personal Lines Division Leader:

Service and manage a small personal lines book of business.Provide hands-on leadership and support to team members while promoting HUB’s culture and values.Supervise, train, and coach department personnel, including conducting performance reviews.Balance workloads, provide backup support, and ensure operational efficiency across the department.Be the technical expert and training ambassador for new hires, acquisitions, and special projects.Collaborate with leadership to maintain synergy between team goals, HUB initiatives, and carrier/client needs.Help team members with career development, continuing education, and training opportunities.Monitor compliance, guide quality control, and ensure use of HUB’s standard markets and programs.Maintain strong relationships with internal producers and external carrier partners.Approve time tracking and expense reports for assigned team members.Communicate updates from operations reports and address team issues proactively.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.3+ years of experience in property and casualty operations preferred.Advanced professional designation (e.g., CISR, CIC) preferred or in progress.Experience with Epic and other insurance-related software preferred.Strong knowledge of insurance agency operations and best practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and self-motivation.Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills.Highly detail-oriented and responsible for managing confidential information.Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and juggle multiple priorities.
