Summit Search Group has partnered with Coughlin Insurance Brokers, who seek to recruit an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Broker to their Insurance team. The Personal Lines Insurance Broker role focuses on managing a book of business in personal lines, primarily assisting high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and service a personal lines book of business. Write and process new personal lines insurance policies. Provide excellent customer service to complex and high-value clients. Collaborate with a dedicated auto insurance team, minimizing the need for auto-related tasks. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company standards.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in Personal Lines Insurance. Active Level 1 or 2 insurance license. Experience in writing new business is essential. Auto insurance experience is a plus, but minimal in this role.
