Personal Property Pack Out / Cleaning Technician

We are a property restoration company seeking a dedicated Personal Property Pack Out / Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position offers steady hours, overtime opportunities, and a rotating on-call schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform field work requiring travel to various job sites (transportation provided from the warehouse to the job site daily). Work in a clean, well-lit, state-of-the-art cleaning facility. Pack and clean personal property following property restoration protocols. Operate an iPhone-based inventory system (training provided). Operate forklifts (training and certification provided). Drive up to a 24-ft box truck (no CDL required; experience a plus).

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience required. Experience with contents packing and moving is a plus. Attention to detail is essential. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check. Forklift operation experience is a plus (training will be provided). Ability to work flexible hours based on job requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $18 - $21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Full benefits package available after 90 days, including vacation and PTO.
