Ideal Candidate and Qualifications\:

⦁ Possess a certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW), or 2nd year nursing student or equivalent through a recognized College or educational institution

⦁ Or should have related experience working in LTC, Retirement home or community setting

⦁ It would be great to have driver’s license with a reliable vehicle

⦁ Must demonstrate a commitment to safety by providing quality care in accordance with the organization’s mission and vision
