Position Summary

This is a hybrid position within Mexico City, Mexico.

Thales is looking for a PERSONALIZATION SOFTWARE DEVELOPER who is primarily responsible for developing and validating personalization solutions to deliver to Thales factories and customers.  He/she manages projects tasks to ensure on-time deliveries and quality of projects deliverables.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Analysis of customer requirements and specificationDesign, development, validation, document creation and updates, application reworking during perso projects life cycleSupport TC to define the most optimized and efficient way to fit customer requirementsSupport Manufacturing on application deployment, testing activities and related operational issuesFollow priorities and objectives defined by the Team Leader or the Perso ManagerFollow the global Personalization software Development ProcessReport potential risks and all other problems related to perso projects to the Team Leader or the Perso Manager

Minimum Requirements

Computer Science or equivalent degreeAdvanced English fluencyExperience programming with: JavaScript, (C# or C++ or Python or Java), (Oracle or MySQL)Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, PL/SQL, PHPRigorous and OrganizedAutonomousDetail orientedTechnical curiosityGood team playerAbility to adapt to a changing environmentAbility to work under pressureGood analytical and problem solving skillsProactive and innovative thinker
