Hourly Rate: $28-$31
Overview: We are seeking a Personnel Specialist to support the HR department at our public sector client. This role involves managing Epass within Tyler Technologies, creating class specifications, accurately inputting data, and supporting HR with various duties.
Responsibilities:
Train on Tyler Technologies to ensure accurate data input
Process new employees, terminations, leaves of absence, and other personnel actions using appropriate forms and computer applications
Create and maintain personnel records for each employee
Request certification of eligible lists and additional names when necessary

Skills and Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in HR or payroll
No degree required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and Excel
Experience with Excel Experience working on Tyler Technologies null
