PES Business Transformation COOP
Overview The overall objective of this position is providing support PES Business Transformation Team in key operating areas including, facilitating development, growth and utilization of the PES HUB virtual office & Knowledge Center, CMO Data Base administration and maintenance, report generation and analytics. The COOP will provide project management support and develop an understanding of External Manufacturing Operations Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities + The position is a high-volume, high accuracy role. + This position will need to manage many internal relationships both inside and outside of the PES organization to be successful. + The position will conduct data analytics and reporting in support of Business Transformation core needs. + The position may provide support to the PES Business Transformation team if needed and contribute to the overall development, implementation, and execution of PES initiatives. + Portfolio Management o Support PMO and PM with Portfolio requirements and activities o Reporting and managing Data Quality o Planisware & Qlik system support. + Contract Manufacturing Organization Data Base o Ensure up-to-date, accurate external manufacturing information through regular updates to the External Site Network Database. Common updates will include new user additions, new site additions, and site lead changes. + General o Support new and updated materials for the PES Knowledge Center. o Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. o Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. **Qualifications** Minimum Qualification + HS Diploma or equivalent, and enrolled in university for bachelor or masters program. Concentration in Science, Engineering or other technical subjects preferred. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. + Proficiency in MS Office required. + Experience with compliance management, portfolio management and training systems management strongly preferred. + Basic analytical skills to identify gaps and root causes of issues. + Attention to detail and having very good time management skills are critical. + Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines and maintain a positive attitude. + Strong Customer Service mindset + Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat DC preferred. Other requirements Working knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate a plus.
