PES Processing Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for processing various PES tasks for plans in all markets, and supporting a wide range of PES related questions, issues and escalations. Duties include: ensuring timeliness and accuracy of processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Mid and Large market Processing: Amendments, Model Portfolios and Misc PES Requests. Process automatic enrollment setups/changes. Support Level 1 associate questions. (Level 2 only) Must understand the full range of product and service offerings, impact to downstream systems, and differences of offerings between market segment. FEECHG/ACCESSRIA: Process all tasks related to EBA setups and RIA recurring payments (with EBA and/or FFT). This is inclusive of all legacy and New Business setups. ACCESSRIA (non-P2P) processing is done monthly on first business day. QC all FEECHG/ACCESSRIA tasks (Level 2 only). Requires solid understanding of back-end process that is used to fund EBA's and pay RIA's as timing of updates in PES is critical to success of the process. Support Small market amendment processing. Answer questions from SPOT team related to amendments and miscellaneous PES updates. Re-process amendments as needed to fix errors or to support additional changes to existing amendments. (Level 2 only)  Large market P2P and Conversion plan setups. Accelerated Money Movement processing (all mkts). Manage aged items in PLARGE and FEECHG queues. Work with client service on a monthly basis to identify aged items that require follow-up from CS teams in order to be completed or closed.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  At least 2 years in the Defined Contribution field with emphasis on overall plan regulations and investments. Internal experience: Knowledge of differences between Small, Mid and Large market offerings 3 to 5 Years of Directly Related Experience
A college degree is great but not required. What is more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
