Apply now as a PET CT Service Specialist as part of the CS MI PET Fleet Care (SHS CS MI FC PET) team. This position is based in Knoxville, TN (working remotely will be considered depending on qualifications).

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a  PET CT Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Delivering world class resolution management support to our regional support centers and business partners worldwide using the current service processes within Siemens Leads in complex product support to customers remotely via complaint handling processes, telephone, e-mail, and fax and documents accordingly.Involved in on-site and in-house troubleshooting for the most complex products and other related products to customers.Assists in programs to increase customer satisfaction.Provides information to the field via service knowledge bulletins.Provides recommendations of the most complex product needs of the customer to product design group.Leads coordination for new product introductions as they relate to Headquarter support.·       Key Responsibilities:Pre-empts potential problems and provides effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts, techniques, knowledge, or processes.Displays original thinking in applying principles, theories, and concepts on a wide range of problems.

You have excellent inter-personal skills in cross departmental communication.Excellent spoken and written communications skillsWorking knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Self-starter that loves working in a team-oriented environmentExcellent troubleshooting skillsYou exhibit outstanding follow-up skills and drive to bring issues to closure.You bring five or more years of experience in the design, development, manufacturing, testing or service of CT or PETCT equipment.  Two or more years of field service and / or regional support experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.You understand the overall CS MI business and how it fits within the overall MI success.You are passionate about the MI Service business and are willing to work outside the normal working hours as urgent issues arise.Domestic and International Travel, up to 40%.

The pay range for this position is $105K - $115K annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
