PFP SME Process Manager
Candidate should have proven experience in the Portfolio Management handling project finance activities supporting a large programme or central portfolio teams.
Candidate should be able to handle bespoke reporting activities which will enable the decision making by BU/TC leadership.
Candidate should be able to produce BU/TC Lead review packs.
Candidate should have experience in end to end management of vendor spend in CTB & RTB. Should have demonstrated experience in forecasting, tracking and extension of purchase orders.
Candidate should have experience in Tracking and variance closure on project capitalisation.
E2E management, forecasting & tracking of all Hardware & Virtual purchasing via CTB. Should have knowledge of annualization / multi-year billing process.
E2E management, governance & tracking of internal transfers
Tracking of interlocks and variance closure of recharges & recoveries across business units / TCs.
Prepare periodic HOOD/equivalent financial tool load data files.
Candidate should have awareness on workforce data management like open roles, attrition modelling, annualization etc
Candidate MUST possess excellent MS-Excel skills
Hands on experience in different tools like Navigator, Clarity, JIRA, Confluence, COUPA, Tableau, etc. is preferred.
Any certifications like PMP, Prine2, etc. will be a plus.
Experience working in the technology domain of BFSI industry preferred.
Candidate should be good at communication, quick learner, pay attention to details, have proactive approach.
Must be ready to work for UK time zone/working hours.
This role is based in Pune.

Purpose of the role
To support the portfolio management team in the delivery of successful projects, while ensuring that portfolio management processes and practices are aligned with controls and governance standards and that projects are aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.
Accountabilities
Support to portfolio management, including facilitating portfolio prioritisation, ensuring their portfolio is compliant with the Barclays Control Framework, including oversight of controls and standards.Monitoring of portfolio performance, including tracking of project progress, identification of thematic portfolio risks and issues, and reporting on portfolio status to senior management.Collation and maintenance of portfolio documentation, including aggregation of book of work, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that portfolio documentation is up-to-date and accurate.Evaluation of the potential impact, feasibility, and resource requirements of different change proposals, and provision of recommendations of which ones to pursue based on alignment with strategic goals and organisational priorities.Provision of portfolio management training to portfolio leads and other stakeholders, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver successful projects.Support in change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure that change initiatives are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.Contribution to continuous improvement of portfolio management practices, including identification of areas for improvement and implementation of changes to improve portfolio performance.Collaboration with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that portfolio management practices are aligned with their needs and expectations.Assistant Vice President Expectations
