At PGIM, You Can!WHAT YOU WILL DOAs our Real Estate and Private Equity activities, as well as our teams, are growing, the Risk Management department is looking for a highly motivated student for 40 hours per week to assist in the day-to-day monitoring of the risks at asset, fund and company level. A strong risk management framework is already in place, your main tasks will be to support the risk function which includes amongst others:              • Update the risk management database              • Monitor the fund investment restrictions              • Analysis of new deals              • Support leverage calculations              • Assist on the update of the risk reports              • Assist on preparing the reporting to the senior management.               • Support on Operational Risk methodologies such as QC errors, database update, TPRM processes, etc.This is a rare opportunity for a student to gather a meaningful experience in an exciting role within a top global Real Estate Asset Manager.WHAT YOU WILL BRINGStrong academic background: the ideal candidate is pursuing a master’s degree preferably in Finance and/or Risk & Asset ManagementHigh proficiency in MS Excel (Conditional formatting, complex formulas…)Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adaptProactive hands on mentality / can-do attitude / inquisitive and self-motivatedGood interpersonal skills, team player, capability to interface professionally with various internal stakeholdersClear and strong English verbal and written communication skills required; French, German or Italian is an advantageWHAT WILL SET YOU APARTPrevious internship experience in an international and multicultural environment in the Fund industry and/or in Risk ManagementKnowledge of the AIFMD is a strong plus
