What you will do

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who will provide support to PGIM Real Estate employees. A successful candidate will facilitate a wide variety of administrative tasks that are critical to the success of a fast paced and demanding business.  This position requires exceptional organizational skills, astute judgement, and the ability to seamlessly manage competing priorities on behalf of our executives. This role is based in Newark, New Jersey. 

What you can expect

Provide exceptional executive assistant support and implement procedures to ensure efficient office operation.Manage heavy and complex scheduling and calendar management for several key executives, including coordinating constantly changing schedules and preparing for meetings and conference calls.Arrange and coordinate extensive and complex domestic and international travel schedules and logistics.Manage email correspondence, responding promptly and delegating as necessary, while maintaining a list of priorities.Handle internal and external communications, and scheduling conference calls across multiple time zones.Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, file/records management, organizing, scanning, and maintaining office equipment.

What you will bring:

6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast paced and demanding environmentProficiency at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)A high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity.Discretion required in handling highly sensitive and confidential information in a respectful and confidential manner.Strong initiative, good judgment, and the ability to effectively multi-task.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven editing and proofreading skills.Ability to work well and partner with other administrative and professional staff.Flexibility to work overtime on an as needed basis is required.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $75,000 to $95,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
