Job Description

Customer Service (Voice) Consultants are responsible for appropriate call handling of incoming customer phone calls related to the travel program's websites and transactions. The basic job function is to provide excellent customer service, and assist customers concerns and inquiries. 

QualificationsCandidates must have excellent oral and written Japanese communication skillsFor Non-Natives: N1 JLPT Certification requiredEnglish language is an added advantageCustomer Service or Hospitality experience is preferred but not requiredCandidates must be living in Metro Manila or willing to relocate from other locations within the PhilippinesCall center experience in a travel program/account preferred
