Accountable for the current and long-term profitable operation and growth of an independent operating unit that controls its own operations, sales, growth, and development capabilities for one or more product lines.  This position will be accountable for staff functions, including material planning, engineering, program management and reports to the Interiors ME & APAC Regional Director.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, evaluation and culture of the Repair Station of the Philippine site.  •Provides leadership, functions as a change agent, and utilizes full associate involvement to transition the organization to a lean enterprise, and drive CORE maturity.•Leads, directs and coordinates the activities of various departments engaged in the Repair & Overhaul of GAINS products, assuring the achievement of all company goals and customer requirements; delegates responsibility to lower-level management.•Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long-range goals and objectives. Provides general direction to and review of senior managers in various functional areas.•Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine operation progress toward stated goals and objectives.•Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. •Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.•Responsible for employee coaching, development and engagement.• Lead and drive Continuous Improvement (CI) culture and initiatives.•Quality Regulatory Accountable Manager Post Holder.

QUALIFICATIONS

•Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years experience in a Regulatory Repair Station or aerospace manufacturing or MRO facility required•Leadership experience of at least 5 years
