Role Overview:

As a Consulting leader in HLS at Fractal Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in mining new relationships in existing accounts to drive growth for Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) practice. Your primary responsibility will be to drive superior client value-add in client environment and drive significant growth in existing client accounts by driving ideas, opportunities, strategic account planning, relationship management and executing on account plans for the year.

Responsibilities

Independently drive (Deliver & Grow) to $5MN+ annual revenue in consulting and delivery for Fortune 50 Pharma clients.Work in the Client office, become part of client ecosystem to drive real value for them in their key programs by being close to end-users, business stakeholders, key decision-makers and build relationships with executive presence, depth in AI, consulting and problem-solvingDeliver programs with Agentic AI transformation across Field-force transformation, omnichannel commercial excellence, marketing analytics, next best action, content tagging, patient service/ Fieldforce Copilot Programs leveraging Gen AI, AI, MLOp, LLM ops, Cloud engineering from India, alongside Practice delivery leaderAim of client satisfaction (NPS 70+) with delivery excellence, ensuring high-quality project outcomes and client satisfaction.Manage account utilization and margins, handle client escalations, and represent the full Fractal portfolio, demonstrating expertise in AI, Engineering & Design, Behavioral sciences, and pharmaceutical analytics solutions.Build in-depth knowledge of client business priorities, challenges, and initiatives, translating these into actionable opportunities and develop comprehensive account plans aligned with organizational goals and client strategies to drive QBRs, MBRs, JBPsComfortable with inter-disciplinary ways of working amongst consultants, AI, Engineering, design and other disciplines with indirect reporting and direct influence by providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional development.Drive proposal development and client presentations using latest and greatest, actively contributing to business development efforts.Play an integral role in the pharma practice, aligning AI initiatives with broader organizational goals and closely collaborating with internal stakeholders. Act as a long-term strategic partner, contributing to the overall growth and success of the practice.Full-time in client office (100%)

Qualifications:

Regular in-person presence at our Fractal office in New York City as well as on-site visits to client locations. You must be comfortable with travel and collaborate face-to-face with clients to drive project delivery and relationship management. Travel frequency will vary based on client needs but it is an essential part of the role.12-15 years proven track record of success in driving AI/analytics Client engagements in the US with Fortune 500 clients5+ years minimum experience consulting with Healthcare/Pharma clients1+ year in Gen AI development and deployment of solutions in any industry Fluent articulation and understanding of Gen AI, Cloud engineering knowledge (AWS or Azure or GCP) to complement scaling of AI solutions in client ecosystems Strong commercial acumen, excellent storytelling abilities, map client challenges to Fractal's capabilities and link them to business outcomes, engage with VPs, Senior DirectorsStrong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals. Ability to think on your feet, comfortable with ambiguity, and effective in a cross-functional environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in complex program management, delivery oversight and resource management.Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth and identify opportunities for expansion. Experience with proposal development and client presentations is highly desirable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors specific to each case. The estimated base salary range for this role is $250,000 to $300,000, excluding any discretionary bonus that may be awarded. Final compensation will depend on several considerations, including candidate fit, interview performance, and overall alignment with the role.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.  You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company.  In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.   The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
