Main responsibilities:

Full event and congress administration / Administration of congress and eventsParticipation in the preparation, planning, execution, and follow-up of eventsOrder creation in eBuy system, (PO creation)Contract administration and ordersVendor update or creationAssisting the work of sales representatives

About you

Experience:

Active or passive student status for at least one more year, preferably but not exclusively in economics, logistics, supply chainAvailability to work at least 20-25 hours/week, with the possibility of working up to 40 hours/week outside teaching time or during passive periods, for at least one year

Soft and technical skills:

Confident knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookAbility to work independently, accurately and to deadlinesDetermination, openness and flexibilityOffice experience would be an advantageProactivity, creativity, reliability, accuracy in work

Languages: Intermediate level of active written and spoken English
