What does the role involve?
This role works closely with Bayer field operatives to ensure the consent data from Healthcare Professionals is captured, processed, organised and secured within Bayer systems. This role is a critical part in providing the data upon which Bayer can reach its key target audiences. This is an established role within the Integrated Multi-Channel Marketing (IMCM) team, so you would be well supported to learn new systems and processes within the team. Day-to-day tasks might include:
Support the Senior IMCM Managers in the implementation of the consent management and campaign delivery strategies across all brands and therapy areasMaintain data management processes to ensure the compliant and timely processing of UK Healthcare Professional (HCP) consents to receive electronic communications Develop, configure and monitor digital marketing campaigns in partnership with brand teamsAssess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest areas for improvement by analysing their impact and benchmarking against internal and industry standardsRespond to support requests, troubleshoot data issues, analyse and process data to provide accurate and timely reports which assist in driving and monitoring brand strategyLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and enhance Bayer UK platform and processesManage complex and diverse sources of information by extracting relevant data, drawing conclusions and communicating them in a compelling waySupport ad-hoc digital projects using an agile ‘test and learn’ approachSupport with customer experience measurement and develop Customer Experience Surveys to capture customer feedbackGather, analyse and review customer feedback across multiple sources (surveys, third-party data, ad-hoc reports)Support with the planning and execution of meetings with Brand Teams to review customer feedback and agree on next actions
Who are we looking for?
A second-year undergraduate university student on a four-year degree, looking to complete a work placement in your third year.Working towards a degree in a STEM, Business or Data and Analytics-related subject3 A Levels at a grade B or above (or the equivalent achievement at Highers/International Baccalaureate)Passionate about digital marketing, with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify actionable insights and trends which can be translated into strategyHighly proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/Word/PowerPoint) Knowledge of Microsoft Access and SQL preferred, but not essential Organised and methodical, able to learn, follow and improve processes.Proactive in finding solutions to problems and identifying potential improvements to the way things work.Curious, keen to learn more about Bayer, your area of work and other departments within the company.Happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks, enabling you to grow in confidence and take on more responsibility within your placement.Emotionally intelligent, able to understand the messaging of different people and relay this to different stakeholders.A team player, able to work well within your team and across different departments at Bayer.
