Responsibilities

Manage activities and work flows supporting supply chain functions, contract analytics and facilitating partnerships for Ascension Pharmacy Services.

 

Develop, implement and evaluate program services and initiatives.Collaborate with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.Monitor and adhere to budget.Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.Build and maintain dynamic relationships between the business and pharmaceutical manufacturing organizations.Maintain knowledge of market trends, conditions, pricing and new pharmaceutical products.Monitor contract performance and outcomes through data analytics, trends and other findings.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences Experience in data analysis, reporting and relationship management supporting complex projects with enterprise-wide implementations for a large, matrixed organization.Experience supporting supply chain functions, change management and contract analytics, preferredPharmacy Experience preferred: retail, hospital, wholesaler or payor
