We are seeking talented and motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to take your sales career to the next level and contribute to our mission of improving patient care.
As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and promoting innovative therapies that meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients alike.
You will be part of a dynamic and integrated cross-functional team that includes marketing, medical, and market access professionals. Your experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be critical in shaping and executing sales strategies that align with our business objectives and ensure the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other stakeholders to expand networks within priority accounts.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement territory business plans that are aligned with brand strategies. Use insights to identify opportunities and drive sales growth through a combination of customer interactions including face-to-face meetings, digital engagement, and group events.Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of the products and therapeutic areas you represent, enabling you to provide valuable insights and education to healthcare providers.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated efforts across the business, including medical, diagnostics, access, and ecosystem teams. Contribute to shaping treatment pathways and enhancing patient outcomes.Compliance & Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of compliance and integrity in all interactions with customers, partners, and internal teams.Insight Gathering: Regularly gather insights from customer interactions and use this data to refine sales strategies and optimize territory performance.Project Management: Manage and deliver account-based projects that ensure safe access to our medicines and support positive patient outcomes.Basic Requirements:
Education: University degree is required, with a preference for graduates in science or business. Advanced degrees are a plus.Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in pharmaceutical sales or account management is required.Industry Expertise: Experience in specialty brands, rare diseases, or other therapeutic areas is highly desirable.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, with experience in building relationships and managing complex customer interactions.Analytical Skills: Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities are essential, along with experience in project management and managing a sales territory.Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear and engaging way.Preferred Qualifications:
Medical Affairs or Market Access Experience: Additional experience in medical affairs, partnerships, or market access is preferred.Healthcare System Knowledge: A solid understanding of health systems, hospitals, policy, and processes is beneficial.Innovative Problem-Solving: Demonstrated creativity in solving complex problems and developing tailored solutions for customers.Omni-Channel Engagement: Experience in managing value-based interactions and utilizing omni-channel engagement strategies to maximize impact.Travel Requirement: Greater than 50%
