The Pharmaceutical Trade Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and timely movement of pharmaceutical products within the supply chain. This position includes working within a team to coordinate logistics activities, manage transportation transactions, and endure compliance with regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
QualificationsAssociate degree or bachelor's degree preferredExperience in logistics and shipment management with a strong understanding of global trade compliance, including Harmonized Tariff Schedule classifications, Partner Government Agencies and customs documentation.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and requests.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently with good judgement while being a team player.Attention to detail and proactiveness with updating documentation and SOPs.Experience in the healthcare / pharmaceutical industry.Demonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal skillsInterest in obtaining a Brokerage License, if not already held.Competent PC skills, including all Microsoft Office applications. Power BI, MS Access, or SharePoint experience desired.Familiarity with Oracle Global Trade Management software desired.
Comfortable reviewing, analyzing, and manipulating data in excel.
