Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, a leading academic medical center, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacist 340B Program Coordinator to manage and ensure compliance with the 340B Drug Pricing Program. This position works under the direction of a Pharmacy Manager. This critical role requires a deep understanding of 340B regulations and best practices, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. **What you'll do:** As the Pharmacist 340B Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for the overall management and compliance of the 340B program. This includes: + **Compliance Monitoring:** Conducting regular audits of 340B claims and prescriptions to ensure compliance with all federal regulations and internal policies. This includes identifying and resolving any discrepancies or potential compliance issues. + **Financial Analysis:** Tracking 340B program savings and WAC (Wholesale Acquisition Cost) spend, providing regular reports and analysis to management. This involves utilizing data analytics from various financial reports to optimize program performance. + **Training and Education:** Developing and delivering training programs for pharmacy staff and other relevant personnel on 340B program procedures and requirements. + **HRSA Database Management:** Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration) database, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. + **Recertification Support:** Assisting with the 340B annual recertifications process, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately and on time. + **Revenue Cycle Support:** Supporting billing and revenue cycle management tasks related to the 340B program, collaborating with finance and other relevant departments. + **Program Optimization:** Continuously evaluating the 340B program's effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement.
