Pharmacist

Job Description

As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for verifying and checking prescriptions, ensuring they are correct and processed accurately.

Responsibilities

Verify and check prescriptions for accuracy.Ensure that prescriptions are processed correctly.Collaborate with the pharmacy technician to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills

Licensed Pharmacist by the South Dakota Board of PharmacyPharmD or Bachelor's of PharmacyAt least 1 year of pharmacy experienceStrong customer service skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in pharmacy operations is advantageous.Familiarity with pharmacy software systems is a plus.

Work Environment

You will work 3-4 days a week during operational hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with no weekend shifts. The team includes one pharmacy technician. Upon starting, you will shadow the current pharmacist for a day before taking over responsibilities.

This is a Contract position based out of Rapid City, SD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
