Job DetailsPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure all pharmacy operations are conducted in accordance with College of Pharmacists regulations and company policies Report Adverse Events in accordance with provincial regulatory standards and, where applicable, internal and contractual obligationsProvide the highest level of pharmaceutical care for patients Supervise and co-ordinate the dispensing and clinical activities of pharmacists Support pharmacy technicians and assistants in the day-to-day operation of the pharmacyContribute to operational activities that optimize pharmacy processes Assist the Pharmacy Manager with the development and implementation of pharmacy financial plans and overall business strategyParticipate in regular, operations meetings with pharmacy leadership teamEnsure proper accounting on billing and reconciliationCollaborate and liaise with the Distribution, Patient Programs, Clinics and Nursing divisionsAssist with the implementation of new projects to drive and support the pharmacy businessEstablish and maintain effective relations with internal and external clients, stakeholders and all on-site personnel May be required to be on standby/ on call as part of this roleEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in PharmacyCurrent registration with the College of Pharmacists, Schedule A5 years in pharmacy, with a minimum 2 years of managerial experience preferredExcellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provincial regulationsMINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
