Fills prescription orders for medications, monitors patient drug profile, provides drug information to OZH staff, supervises and directs pharmacy supportive personnel. In the absence of the pharmacy department manager, performs pharmacy director duties as requested by Administration.


 Bachelor’s or Pharm. D Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
