We are looking for the right candidate to provide high quality, compassionate, personalized health care. **Position Highlights** Brookings Health System is seeking a Pharmacist to join our team and be part of the Brookings Health System mission: To provide high quality, compassionate, personalized health care. Approximately 20 to 24 hours per week. This part time position maintains responsibility for ensuring medications are managed and administered according to state and federal regulations; Enhances patient care by educating patients and patient care providers while collaborating with Brookings Health System Staff; Evaluates and processes medication orders, monitors medication use, educates facility staff, interacts with physicians/clinicians, performs medication histories, performs discharge teaching, and completes consults on medication therapy. Maintains the highest level of customer service and confidentiality at all times.
