D is preferred + Completion of ASHP accredited residency is preferred + BPS certification is preferred + Healthcare CPR + Current Licensed Pharmacist by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania + Two (2) years healthcare experience is preferred. **About the Job:** + Reports to Assistant Director of Pharmacy. + Provides clinical pharmacy services to include therapeutic monitoring, drug regimen, patient education, and medical staff interaction. + Performs order entry of prescriber's orders. + Conducts drug utilization review studies. + Consults with medical practitioners on prescription orders, patient reactions, and errors. + Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. + Prepares IV medication. **We know it’s not just about finding a job.
