Our full-time employees enjoy a robust benefits package which may include health insurance, 401(k), flexible scheduling, **licensure/certification reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and student loan assistance for eligible roles.** **Requirements:** + Current Pennsylvania Registered Pharmacist; hospital experience is preferred. + One (1) year experience desired but not necessary. + Professional affiliation helpful. + Continuing education in new drug and IV Therapies and other state-of-art updates recommended. **About the Job:** + Provide prescribed medications, drugs and other pharmaceuticals as needed for adequate patient care according to professional standards and practices. + Advises and consults with patients, families, nursing and medical staff. + Managerial skills, knowledge of Pharmacy law, numerical ability, thorough knowledge of Pharmacology, aseptic technique, accurate analysis and evaluation of orders, verbal and written communication skills, independent thinking/sound judgment, clinical expertise, teach/instruct, manual and finger dexterity. **We know it’s not just about finding a job.
