+ DESCRIPTION OF POSITION + A person who is responsible for order entry, drug utilization, renal dosing, pharmacokinetics, preparing and dispensing medications, verification of medications, acting as a resource/educating staff regarding medications, and communication with nursing/physicians. + QUALIFICATIONS + Professional/Educational + Graduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy. + Current pharmacy licensure issued by the State of Illinois (30 hour CEU's included) with biennial renewal. + DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required. + Personal + Works effectively with others, possessing tact, discretion, diplomacy, and honesty. + Demonstrates leadership and teaching ability. + Possesses the ability to work under pressure Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
