Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a Pharmacist at North Florida/South Georgia Veteran's Health System in Gainesville, Florida.

Requirements:

 

Degree: Doctor of Pharmacy Graduate from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE). Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency or fellowship accredited by the American Society of Health System Pharmacists or American College of Clinical Pharmacy or documentation of appropriate education, training, and/or CME in the practice of clinical pharmacy.Possess a minimum of one year post graduate experience as a clinical Pharmacist within the last three years.Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a pharmacist in any State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.Possess a current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration certificate and a National Provider Identifier (NPI).Possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. 

Responsibilities/ Duties:
