Responsibilities
Report to Manager of Pharmacy Director of Pharmacy. Directed by Director of Pharmacy Manager of Pharmacy Senior pharmacists. Is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan TJC and other licensing accrediting and regulatory agencies. Performs the professional functions of a licensed pharmacist for medication dispensing and daily drug distribution activities provision of clinical services.
Qualifications
Two years of hospital experience one year residency or equivalent. Currently licensed to practice Pharmacy in the State of California. Computer knowledge.
